MEMBERSHIP

All persons who hold, have held, or have been elected to the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the State of Indiana, or a duly appointed Deputy, are eligible to membership in the Association of Clerks of Circuit Courts of Indiana.

ASSOCIATION DUES

Clerk:  One percent (1%) of base salary with a maximum of $250.00 required.

Deputies:  $15.00 each; will receive roster book.

LET THIS BE OUR CREED

That the care of human life and happiness is the first and only legitimate object of good government.

In recognition of this, we members of the Association of Circuit Court Clerks in the State of Indiana are resolved that every person who participates in government must hold himself to a standard of ethics which permits no compromise with the principles of absolute honesty and the maintenance of undivided loyalty to the public interest.
