Some members have had frozen joints and found that routine exercise helps to ease the problem. We use 2lb. hand weights for the hands and arms to build and strengthen our bones. This class meets at Riverside Center.
WalkingEnds April 17, 2003 - Begins again in Oct. 17, 2003 Walking is a great workout to strengthen your heart, your joints and for overall fitness. The Indoor Track at Bellmont Middle School will be open to continue this great exercise all year long.
