Our Fitness Center has gone through some awesome changes this past year. You can achieve overall fitness when you combine the strength training available in our Weight Room with the aerobic workout from our Cardio Room. We are pleased with it's transformation and we hope you will be as well! You must be 16 years of age or older to use our Fitness Center. Each participant must have a signed waiver on file with the Parks & Rec Office. The waivers for minors, under the age of 18, must be signed by a parent or guardian. New Service: Fitness Center Folders $10.00/month payment due at the beginning of each month. Plus your Fitness Center Fee more information below. Have you always wanted to lift weights but feel a little in awe when you enter the weight room? You are not alone; many people, especially women, have these same hang ups. If this has been your excuse for not beginning a weight training program, you have just run out of excuses. We would like to announce a new program developed just for you. Now you can enter our weight room with no hesitations. We will provide you with a daily workout folder (weights as well as cardio) for a Fee of $10.00 per month payable at the beginning of each month plus your fitness center fee. Hours are subject to change without notice. Fees begin at the beginning of each month. Example: From April 1st to April 15th the fee is $15.00 --- From April 16th - April 30th the Fee is $7.50. Then all Fees are due again May 1st. Fitness Memberships " Do Not " go from April 6th to May 6th or from April 3rd to May 3rd!!! They are prorated so that everyone must pay at the beginning of each month. The Fitness Center is now open at 5:30 in the morning for Monthly, Tri-Monthly and Yearly members ONLY! You must be pre-paid and you must sign in every time you come.

Join other women for an intense workout that will get that body toned not bulked
for the holidays.
This class is for women of all experience levels. Rookies will get a complete orientation to the weight room and experts will get a challenging workout. Come join us at the Adams County Service Complex Fitness Center.
