Cash Bonds can be posted at either the
Fountain County Jail or the Clerks office.
Terms: Cash or Credit card If paying by credit card, the card holder must be present and hold a valid photo ID. (drivers license) Credit card payments are handled by Government Payment Services. You may inquire about more information from jail or clerks office personnel about this form of payment. Cash Bonds become the property of the defendant. Bond monies will be applied to courts costs, fees, fines and restitution. If any money is to be refunded it is refunded to the defendant. If you are posting bond for someone, it will be your responsibility to get your money back from them. |
