You'll need to include your name and case/cause number (PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY!) If you want a receipt returned to you, enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment. There is an annual docket fee of $20.00 per year due at the beginning of each year. This covers our postage and handling of your support payments for the year. If you wait until after January 31 to pay the fee, it becomes $30.00. Be sure to specify that the payment is for your annual docket fee. Otherwise, we don't know and apply it to your support payment. |
