COMPLAINT FOR POSSESSION - NONPAYMENT OF RENT

2. The defendant(s) took possession of the property and still occupies the same.
3. The defendant(s) paid rent as it was due, until the installment due on ______________________, 20 ____. Thereafter, said installment and each one following are wholly unpaid.
4. On ____________________, 20 __, (I, we) notified defendant(s) in writing to surrender possession of the premises at ten (10) days from the time of receiving said notice, unless the rent then due was paid in full within said time.
