Thank you for your interest in your local government. The purpose of this page is to allow the taxpayers of White County an opportunity to access information available from the Auditor's Office using the available technology.

The Office of County Auditor was created by the Constitution of the State of Indiana.   The term of office is four years with a limit of two consecutive terms.  Some of the general functions  of the office are:

• Fiscal - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to the County along with County Payroll.

• Taxation - maintenance of property ownership and current mailing addresses of owners along with all exemptions and deductions allowed by law.

• Secretarial - the Auditor is responsible for taking the minutes of numerous Tippecanoe County Boards including the County Commissioners and County Council.
